Biography
Ember Rising
Captain Parn attended the council meetings in which the personnel of Harbone discussed how to get Lord Captain Helmer and Picket Longtreader into First Warren.
Parn presumably became Harbone's highest-ranking officer after Lord Hewson and Captain Redthaw perished during the mission to get Helmer and Picket into the city. Afterwards, he took part in the Battle for First Warren, and accompanied Princess Emma's retinue into the city. He and Lord Morgan of Vandalia Citadel later carried an injured Picket up to the balcony of the governor's mansion.
