Lord Felson was the lord of Chelmsford Citadel.
Biography[]
The First Fowler[]
For unknown reasons, Lord Felson and his rabbits were not in attendance at the Citadel Congress at Cloud Mountain prior to the Battle for Cloud Mountain. They arrive some time after Prince Smalden Joveson was saved by Picket Longtreader at Jupiter's Crossing, and Felson quickly pledges his loyalty to the newly revealed heir.
Ember's End[]
Lord Felson is present at a meeting of Princess Emma Joveson's council, where he speaks to Lord Ronan just before Picket arrives. He later leads the personnel of his citadel in the War for All Natalia, joining the other lords in pledging their forces to Lord Captain Helmer the Black. Sadly, he perishes during the conflict, which Jo Shanks learns from a number of Chelmsford soldiers.

- Given naming conventions in Natalia, it is probable that Felson's father was named Fel, Fels, or some name that included one of those as an element; however, this was not mentioned in the text of the series.
